Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi Arabian law, the Company disclaims all express, implied, or statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and accuracy or reliability of information.

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, excluding its conflicts of law provisions.
